Every brand we run, we run ourselves — hiring, training, opening, closing. A brand can come from anywhere. The reason it works in Dublin is that someone shows up for it every single morning, and that someone is us.

Vertex Horizon Holdings is an independent, owner-run hospitality group in Dublin. We partner with great international food and drink brands and run their Irish operation end-to-end — site, fit-out, team, supply chain, and the daily rhythm of service. Bringing a brand into a new market is real operational work, and we treat it that way.
Our first partner is Cinnamood, the cinnamon roll bakery founded by Anna and Luca in Cologne — now trading in twelve countries. We're their exclusive Irish operator and we opened the Dublin shop on Lower O'Connell Street in March 2026. It's our proof, not our finish line.

Site selection, fit-out, kitchen, and supply chain. We build the Irish operation from zero — faithful to the brand, tuned for how Dublin actually lives, and built to run for years.
DAILY OPERATIONS
Hiring, training, service, and the daily rhythm. The brand comes from its founders — the experience is ours to deliver. Every morning, every counter, every cup.

Step One
SCOUT
Brand fit comes first, site fit comes second — and neither survives without the other. We pressure-test the brand against the city, walk neighbourhoods, map footfall, and run the numbers honestly. We don't sign until the brand, the audience, and the room genuinely line up.
Step Two
ADAPT
Every brand arrives with its identity, interior, menu, and voice. Our job is to translate it for Dublin without diluting it. We work hand-in-glove with the founders, push back where it matters, and ship a room a guest could only feel in Ireland — and only at this brand.
Step Three
BUILD
Construction, kitchen design, supply chain, and the team. We hire with the same care we build with — because a brand is only as good as the people behind the counter at 7 AM. The opening crew sets the tone for years.
Step Four
OPERATE
Opening day is day one, not the finish line. We stay on the floor — refining the menu, tuning service, and sharpening a hundred small details — until the brand becomes a local's favourite, not just a launch.
